I will be building a dwarf wall lean to conservatory in the spring & have some questions please
My neighbours have an extension on the boundary, what distance should I leave between my wall & theirs
Should I put something between my foundation & theirs (EPS boards?)
What gap should I leave either side of the sewer pipe as intend to dig the footings to the bottom of the pipe level (I will be using lintels to go over the pipe)
I want the option in the future to fit wet underfloor heating so will be leaving a gap between the top of the floor insulation boards & the floor & also plan to run pipework to a couple of radiators under the floor, should I fill the small void with loft insulation
Should I put a moisture barrier on top of the insulation
I will be using a mixture of dense blocks & engineering bricks below the dpc, how many layers of engineering bricks should I use
