got a modern wylex board
split load with 100mA RCD on one side and 30mA on the other
3 spare ways on the 100mA side.
i need 4 circuits ( 32A hob.16A oven. 16A oven. 32A sockets)
so am thinking the best way to achieve it

1. install sockets and hob using rcbo's.
leaves one way which i could install 32A rcbo and run it to 2nd 2 way CU
and install 2 16A mcbs

2. split the tails with henleys and run new 4 way CU.
problem with this is that there is not enough room in the meter cupboard
and so would probably have to put in tower unit on other side of room.

3. renew whole board.

4. remove the 100mA RCD and replace with 30mA and then use mcbs with a new 2 way 30mA board with 2 16A mcbs

cost is important. rcbo's come at about £40 each so thats £120 without the 2nd board which would set me back about £40

Why do you ask these questions, grasshopper? Tis now 6th July so whatever you do will have to comply with the 17th edition.

Who would be doing the work? Dont forget this work is notifiable.....

there are alternatives and just wondered what you guys would do.
all the choices i gave comply to the 17th edition
