oh another problem I have on my ldv400 minibus is the heater controls ,the fan switch only works on maximum no3 setting and the elusive problem of hot air blowing out of demister vents at the side when you need cold air any ideas .

There is a resistor pack to control the heater fan speed, it has failed. The high speed setting bypasses the resistors. Vent control has jammed.
The water leak will be more difficult to cure and will need investigation from inside (probably not possible) and outside. fixing water leaks in a roof can be an art form. But if you seal up the obvious with sealer and see how you go
