I am slightly puzzled, On trying to connect my new cooker to the power supply i cannot work out how to undo the connectors on the back of the cooker! The tightening nuts seem to have a lip which keeps them seated withing the plastic surround therefore they dont seem to loosen providing an obvious place to put the wires? Can anyone help.

Have a closer look at the terminals. There may be a small square cut-out in the plastic beneath the screw. It's hard to see in the dark.
Doesn't new cooker = instruction manual?
