Cooker fan motor

Hello everyone

Quick question about replacing a fan and motor in my electric oven.

Ive done it in the past but this time they sent me a new part, still genuine for my hotpoint, which has the spade connectors in a different place. Old one had one on left and one on right then earth higher up on the body.
New one they are one infront the other.

No one seems to want to tell me which goes where or if it actually matters.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

but as long as you get the earth wire to the earth connector, the other two don't matter which way round.

Earth wire to earth terminal, body. The other two can go either way round..
