cooker panel replacement

hi guys

i bought a baumatic range cooker recently , paid for extra 3 years warranty on top of the 2 year standard warantee.....anyway took it out the box, and noticed a lot of scratches on one of the panels..rang baumatic..who came and replaced the panel, however, the panel they repalced has no baumatic logo badge on it unlike the original one, i rang them up and complained and they said thats the way they are made and all panels are like that, i told them i paid for the name, and i know have a cooker that looks like a copy..where do i stand ?...ta

Personally i Dont know how you are going to live with the shame of it. I can just see friends /neighbours and relatives coming into your house and sniggering behind there hands and pointing at your badgeless range..
