Coping stones fitted to wall. Pointing missing and bad corner?

Hi

Just had some coping stones fitted to my driveway wall.

Q1 Surely they should be pointed??

Q2 This corner is a bodge job and should be 45 degree angle to both of them?

Q3 Should there be a DPC under them?

Q4 I did not see it but do the stones need a seal before applying to the mortar (You tube video...)

No Dpc required.
They do not need sealed..a dampen down helps though.
Yes to pointing and mitred corner.
 
Did they turn up in a lorry full of tarmac too?
