I have recently had a gas hob installed in my kitchen. The fitter was supplied by the company and was supposed to be corgi registered.
I have since asked for a corgi cert and have been furnished with a gas safety certificate for the hob. Although this bears no reference to the altered pipe work.
Do I have to have a corgi certificate for this work or will a gas safety certificate be enough?
The fitter tells me that the gas safety certificate is all thats required as a corgi certificate although this is nothing like the corgi certificate that was supplied after I had my boiler installed.
Any info would be appreciated.
