Cornice for kitchen cupboards

Am in the process of refurbishing the kitchen and need to replace the existing cornice on top of the cupboards. As I will be painting the cabinets it doesn't matter what colour the cornice is (provided it will take a painted finish), but due to space restrictions the cornice cannot stand more than 45mm high from the top of the cupboards.

I have looked around various kitchen suppliers locally but all the available cornices are too tall, does anyone know the best place to source some generic mouldings please? ( not really too bothered about the profile either - just the height)

have you tried grahams/howdens or any of the sheds?

I am more than certain they will be able to provide you with the cornice you require and possibly able to match the existing cabinets too.
