Correct drainage

Hello (again) -
This is a question about drainage.

This is the front view of my semi detached. Total surface area of the tiled roof (on this side.of the house) is approx 50m2

There is a single drainpipe (white middle.of picture) that terminates in the ground. As you can imagine the ground is somewhat sodden after the rains.

The ground slopes from the pavement toward the house at (guessing) 5 degrees.

What is the appropriate way to redirect water away from foundations and into the ground elsewhere?

The ground will be sodden because of the negative fall. The down pipe should feed into a soakaway that should be five metres away iirc. If the soakaway is damaged or absent that will also contribute to ground water conditions
