Correct Names for Soil Pipe fittings

Hi.

Plumber comes tommrw. I lost the list of parts he gave me to buy, can u help me with the correct name for the following bits?

1. 110mm dia 90 degree T piece / junction / branch with NO bosses. Bottom of T must push into adjoining pipe, so has a plain end.

2. End cap for 110mm pipe with a boss inlet for a sink drain pipe.

3. Boss strap with 1 1/2" boss.

4. Double socket couplers

How close am I?
