Hi All,

I had an extension built recently and I have since been advised that the plasterboard in the extension area should not have gone down to the floor level. I have been advised by two separate people that it should stop a few centimetres above screed floor level. Does anyone know if this is correct? Should I hack of plasterboard just below skirting level? Picture below.

Thanks

As Noseall says hardly likely to be a problem, but normally the perimeter would be blinded with celotex
