Cost estimate -- Converting Pantry to toilet

Hi guys,
I am planning to convet our pantry to a toilet with small (cloak room) basin. there is no soil pipe so back to wall toilet seat would be ideal (i think).

any idea how much the labour cost would be? i am based in birmingham.

bathroom is on top of the pantry and i was thinking that plumber can drill a hole and connect the soil pipe to the one that coming from the 1st floor.

You need to get some local plumbers to quote, access to soil pipe, as mentioned, plus hot and cold, will affect the costs quite a bit. You never know, it might need to put a new inspection chamber in, which will cost a fair bit alone.

You may also need LA/BC approval if re-purposing a room into a bathroom.
