Cost of a PIR ?

Hi

I own a 4 bed letting property ( 1989 build) in Cambridge and it has never had a PIR. Only alteration to original installation was a new CU about 7 years ago when the shower leaked into it.

Thinking about getting a PIR done next time landlord's gas-cert is due. Just wondering if someone could give me a rough indication of likely cost ?

Tends to be done on the number of circuits and boards.

8 circuits and easy access to all areas will be cheaper than 12 circuits and hassle with access to rooms and sockets.

Labour rates vary from region to region. London being more expensive.
