Cost(s) of these two house changes? (Bricking up internal archway + door, and moving front door)

Me and my partner are planning on purchasing a property, but want to make two changes virtually as soon as we're in - we'd like an idea of time-scales and costs on what something like these two projects would take/cost.

Archway:

The idea is to brick that up, and put a normal door in (just to the right of where the armchair ends, so just off-centre).

Front Porch:

Property opposite (exactly what we want):

So the idea would be to brick up the left side, maybe put a small side window in, and remove the large front window, put a front door (and side panels) in and brick up whatever's left.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
