Hi guys I’ve purchased a property in need of renovation. I just wondered if the stones around the porch could be smooth rendered over? (Any other contemporary finishes I should consider?)

Also, what order should I do this? I plan to resurface the concrete and change the windows.

Or suggestions how to finish be great.
