A former block of flats has been allegedly transformed by its owner into a single dwelling House. However the problem now is that the only way to go from the living room into the bedrooms is to go first through the garage. Moreover this garage is protected by a planning condition and as a consequence it should be kept available at all time for car parking use. So this garage could not be removed or use for something else than a garage. In this condition I would like to know if this house could really be a single dwelling house
