covering the plumming in the shower

We are trymg to remodel a bathroom in a old house that we bought. The small bathroom in the basement have all the pluming done. However in the shower the pluming is not cover. We have pies showing in the walls. Our walls are block cement. How do we cover them.

Too right, they hide under those towels and go mouldy. Best to eat them .

Seriously, we don't know anything about US codes or how they're enforced, so can't really comment.
