Covid riots in Europe

India and other developing nations would of course have more doctors and nurses...

If they weren't poached by the UK and other first world nations for their healthcare systems!

Saw an interview with Jeremy Hunt (sic?), and he crowed on about how he had instigated a program to train more doctors in the UK 5 years ago. But of course it takes longer than that to train.
But when asked why this wasn't implemented earlier his reply was that there wasn't a perceived need...

What he didn't want to admit of course is that it's far cheaper to import fully trained doctors and nurses from abroad.
And that of course deprives those developing nations of much needed medical expertise.

And in addition 5 years ago automatic freedom of movement/employment from/to the EU/EEA was voted down...

Oops!

Surely not a coincidence in timing?

Who said they did ?
and indian doctors earn £750 a month compared to UKs gp`s £7500 so trying to compare spend just shows how the total spend figures are not always relevant
The figures I quoted are adjusted for PPP, so your point is mute.

just give up, you are flogging a dead horse, India does not have a functioning healthcare system by comparison to the West and that’s it.

And thats why they have covid death rates the Uk and europe could only dream about

India have low Covid death rates because the deaths aren’t recorded properly.

Go and get the jab and stop spouting utter bolox, it’s getting really boring

But for how long does the UK not drop to the same level of care?

Oh so now your an expert on the indian covid situation as well as the UK`s your truly wasted on here
Yes, I was paying attention during India’s 2nd wave back in April/May this year.

Health funeral officials admitted they weren’t keeping proper records.

yeah it’s terrible, the problem is caused by non vaccinated people clogging up beds.

So in your infinite wisdom how much higher were the daily death figures than the highest reported daily figure of around 6000
There’s no way of knowing.

If UK had 1000 a day in Jan peak, then it’s reasonable to guess India’s peak would be at a similar rate, which would equate to a daily figure of 20,000

So in other words you have not got a clue as usual and just bumping your gums for the sake of it

It must be upsetting for you, constantly being wrong and trying to defend it.

It’s time to man up and admit you are totally, utterly wrong.

Go and get the jab and stop being silly.
