We've put plain curved coving in bedrooms/living room as it makes the room 'cosy' as the mrs puts it.

Where do people stand on coving in the hallway/landing? The ceiling height is 2.5metres. and just over 10m2 downstairs including stairwell. Its a typical 1930s semi.

Looking forward for your views on this!
Thanks

Coving anywhere is 'out'.

I disagree! I like it, and have it in the lounge and hallway. I find it 'cosy', and it softens the hard edges.

Coving is very much an individuals preference I suppose
