Hi

In my flat which was built in 1986, there was one bedroom which was big

I employed a guy to make it into two rooms.....partition wall was added.

The result is that 2 bedrooms now have coving on 3 sides only !!

I wonder what options do I have, do I need to remove all the coving and start again....

Or is there any way I can just do the missing sides ?

If using a sharp blade you were to cut out approx 2ft away from the internal and replace with another section mitred to accept the internal angle, I don't see any reason why this should not work. Some filling will be probably needed to tidy things up.

Coving running uphill would look hideous. It looks hideous anyway so take the chance to get rid of it all and get nice square rooms. Not only that you'll never mitre it successfully.
