I have already done that to undo the black plastic nut and water was poring out of that, for how long i need to keep lose that or I need to tight back ??thanks

If you have tried to turn it after you pulled it out and it will not turn then new pump needed. Do screw up again or fit wellies!

if i pull it out it makes noise like some thing moving fast, do i need to keep boiler off to do all that or it should be on constant heating. :?:

Sounds like pump is ok then.

What boiler/system do you have? Does it have a 3 port valve or 2 2 port zone valves? Could be ch zone valve knackered or faulty 3 port valve head!

What do you mean by board? The boiler pcb? The heating programmer? I take it the heating programmer is on room stat is on high and calling for heat on the radiators as well as the hot water   :?:
