its cp61 , heating doesn't work when i undo black plastic nut it i can see some thing moving fast and burner lights up , shall i need to leave undo or i have to tight it back. thanks in advance

Yes do it up again.
Your pump may be spinning but not doing anything/ enough.
May also be diverter valve stuck.

No further help until you tell us what the goddam boiler IS

Turn heating on at boiler and timer and thermostat.
Run hot water for half a minute.
How long before boiler fires up again for heating?
How long does it stay firing?
Do the radiators all heat up?
