Hi,
I'm replacing some light switches, the new ones are plastic on plastic surface boxes. Neither the switch nor the box has any sort of earth terminal. So far I've been terminating the CPC into a screw terminal (choc block), and tucked the terminal away in the corner of the box. Is that the best way, or is there some neater convention in these cases where the wire just needs to be blanked off and left in case it's needed in the future?
