Hi all, I have a "cqr983", which i installed back in 2013 linked to the burglar alarm, just recently I have noticed the two leds on the detector are a steady orange rather than the normal steady green, I notice this detector does self diagnostic, could the detector be warning me that it has detected some co build up?, it hasn't gone off or made any noise, I would certainly know as it would trip the burglar alarm which is painfully loud, or is it likely the detector is warning me it needs replacing?

Average replace of carbon monoxide detector is about 5 years.(approx)
So its likely telling me its aged and needs replacing? if it was CO it would sound and the leds would be flashing red as well as tripping the house alarm, sounds like it needs replacing I will order a replacement.
thanks
