Hi, I want to install a 16 amp RCBO in my 15 way split load consumer unit for my underfloor heating but would appreciate some assistance.
I have 2 spare ways in the consumer unit which are on the RCD side of the busbar. The plan was to shift the mcb's on the RCD side over 1 way so I could fit the UFH RCBO in the non RCD side. The problem I have is that the Bus bar has only 7 ways on the main side and then an isolater so I can't move the 3 way rcd over.
I hope this makes sense?
So what are my options? Can i buy a different configuration bus bar or will I have to move one of the circuits from the non rcd side to the rcd side to free up a way? The security circuit could be moved over as I don't have anything installed (probably shouldn't mention this on the net!) so won't upset anything if the power goes.
