I am noticing my outside wall has developed cracks on each side. One is adjacent to the footpath. This wall was here when we moved in 27 years ago. It's about 5ft from the front door. Is there any way to fix this ?
Thanks, I'll leave it then.I am noticing my outside wall has developed cracks on each side. One is adjacent to the footpath. This wall was here when we moved in 27 years ago. It's about 5ft from the front door. Is there any way to fix this ?
No trees anywhere near and not concerned about it falling over, just why it is cracking.Might be a tree root under it.
It looks to me like a 9 inch wall two foot high, so unlikely to fall over despite the cracks.
Are you on clay ground? No trees anywhere near and not concerned about it falling over, just why it is cracking.
Leave the craic to me.That's a shrinkage crack not a foundation movement crack.
