Hi all. I'm about to purchase a 2008 relatively new build that has a stone cill under the front window. I've noticed it has a crack in the middle none of the other properties around do. Brickwork below seems ok. Guessing cosmetic. It's the one on the left (kitchen window) it's not wide just a hair line crack relatively straight. Thanks Paul. Picture of property.
