Hi all
We moved into our house 5 years ago and there were some cracks between the ceiling and the wall in the extension on the exterior wall and above the double doors. We filled them and they reappeared. Filled again and they have reappeared again. They also run from the ceiling towards the floor in the corner. Similar upstairs. We had a large conifer removed from around 8ft away from this wall recently. I have also noticed in both rooms that the floor slopes very slightly towards the double doors. Am I being paranoid or could this be subsidence?

Not that side but there is one in the render where the extension joins the house.
