Just blown render, requires replacement .
It has been repeatedly patched up.
When you knock it off you will be able to see the brickwork and work out what has happened.
Photos of the inside wall, and if you stand back and take wider pics of the whole house, all round, may give more clues.
Alterations, removed walls, and positions of pipes and drains that may have hidden underground leaks may be relevant.
