cracks in wall

Just wandering whether i should get a professional to come and have a look at these cracks or not. The cracks are along the top part of the wall where it meets the ceiling. The cracks spread to about 2metres in total.

Please see attached images.

Please advise on how easy it is fixable!

On top of the ceiling is part of the roof so i guess there must be some timber work above...
