Cracks on ceiling - 50's, 60's block of flats

Hi all,

Looking to purchase a flat and have noticed lots of hairline type cracks in the ceilings of this ground floor flat.

Does anyone know what the ceiling construction is in this type of building? Looks like a 50's 60's construction.

The ceiling is not plasterboard, feels solid. Assuming is a concrete ceiling, was the norm during that period?

And are these hairline cracks anything to be worried about?
