Crazy Paving- Repointing

Hi All,

I have jet washed my front drive (Crazy Paving). It is now pretty obvious that I need to do some repointing due to cracks/gaps in the cement between the slabs.
What sand to cement mix should I use? - what type of sand is best? is it good to use PVA bonding in the mix? - How wet should the mix be?

4:1 sharp or screed sand. Wet. No PVA
