Creaking T&G boards

Hi, just moved house and it has T&G flooring on the 1st floor. The house is around 35 years old and it creaks. I have tried screwing down more screws along the joists but the squeaks are on the actual T&G joins.

Without having to replace the actual boards, does anyone have any suggestions?

im sure ive read somewhere liberal amount of talc over the boards may help?
