Creasing tiles on concrete?

I want to cover up or replace some corporation concrete flag stones in my back garden which were laid beautifully many years ago as a pathway. I would like to make it fit better where is my Mediterranean feel garden and thought I could cover them with creasing tiles to make them look like a terracotta path. Is this a really bad idea? Could I cover them with terracotta tiles? Or do I have to remove them all?
