I have a small balcony which is currently tiled.
There is a slope that goes towards the building which collects water and has caused a damp problem.
I want to retile this area but how do I created a sloped surface so that the rain will run off the balcony?
Also whats the easiest method for removing the old tiles? Brute force?

Screed the floor before retiling and create the slope then.

A lump hammer and medium bolster chisel or an sds drill
