Cross tee waste coupling

Hi All,

Anyone know if it is possible to get a 40mm plastic waste pipe fitting that is essentially a cross tee but with the side entries at right angles to each other. This type of fitting could be fitted tight in room corner or in my case allow two sink wastes to connect at 90 degs to each other with a bottom outlet and a top port for an AAV. I know I can achieve the same requirement by stacking 2 tee fittings together but I'm really tight on space and don't have the height.
