How to remove tap lever on CrossWater Basin Mixer type tap that has no visible allen/hex screw in it when nut is removed. Or advise what sort of tool would work, please. The tap handle is very tight and squeaky. Tried all the usual fixes, heat, silicon spray etc into the openings, under the lever at the back but seemed to make it worse. I was thinking the tap needs disassembling to see which parts need replacing. It's 9 years old. My previous one lasted 27 years, should have reused it methinks
