Crosswater recessed shower valve

Bit of a long shot here but I have been asked to fit a the above valve (DE0004rc) is the part number. It doesn't come with any mounting plate or pipe fittings. It is sold through The Bath store but they say there isn't a fitting kit for it. I was just wondering if anyone had fitted one recently as I need to get it sorted tomorrow and haven't had a reply from crosswater yet.

22x3/4 MI couplers is what you need times 3. And a roll of PTFE
