Crosswater RV multi Shower Wont stop dripping

Bought a RV MULTI FUNCTION THERMOSTATIC SHOWER VALVE
HP, late last year. Only got round to having the bathroom done this month and had it fitted today , but when its been fitted it wont stop dripping. Plumber changed valve to one of the other valves to see if that was the problem but it still wont stop? Crosswater will have the answer Im sure, but they are closed and I always like a second opinion ....has anyone any ideas what it could be?

I cannot take back to supplier as they are bust! ( bloody recession) but I cannot find receipt, just the bloody box!! but im i right in thinking Crosswater guarantee for 15 years?

Any help would be greatfully recieved.

I managed to get it sorted. It was a fault with the shower. Crosswater were very helpful but I did have to prove purchase, as although they guarantee 15years it is with proof of purchase
