Hi,
We descaled our shower head and seem to have disolved the seal between the bottom and top parts. I can't see a way to get it apart, else I'd try and re-seal it with some clear silicone.

Any ideas?

Undo the knurled bit with some water pump pliers (anti clockwise),should be a rubber washer inside .

Hi, the leak isn't from the centre bit where it meets the spigot, but the outer rim of the shower head. It's made of two parts and that's where the joint is.

The two halves will probably unscrew from each other if you can get a good enough grip on them but, to be honest, you're unlikely to get a decent seal. New shower head time. Its a standard fitting and the diy sheds stock them.
