But two things to consider - you have to be able to get to it, so would you prefer it to be somewhere more accessible?
Secondly, it could well save you money on the rewire if the electrician can get to it more easily, as it will take him less time. And if not moving it means the guy has to work in a confined space you might find it harder to find an electrician who wants the job.
