The fact remains that those why seek to hide their identities will wear lids and refuse to remove them so as not to be recorded on CCTV. Thats often in association with credit card fault.
I dont see any strong need to have lids removed for those paying with cash. But might be difficult to seperate the rules.
So burkas are strong interest! Couple of my friends also had strong views they should be banned too.
Fossil fuels running out and nuclear power are not !
