Can I just say, I have had the misfortune to meet a certain customer in my home town.

Basically, have drained system and put new pump and m/vlv in a few weeks ago. Now, tele picture is not as good as it was, and washing machine goes slow. He is 92, smokes (inbetween his oxygen) and wants to report me to trading standards.

Never wish death on anyone, but coming close here.

Oh, and as I entered he called me fat!

Yeah, we've had all sorts like that. Broken tellys (the guy didn't even work in that room), ruined carpets (since when does a spark drain radiators?) and, bizarrely, broken roof tiles (the guy was there to look at a white goods fault...)

I suppose he could have slipped and thrown the washing machine up onto the roof...
