I need to cut a piece of marble which is 12 inches long and about 1/2 inch thick. It has been glued to the kitchen top for use as a chopping board. I need to cut it as it gets in the way of a replacement cooker. Any ideas as to what is the best method to use.
An angle grinder may make a lot of dust . I thought of using the vacuum cleaner to suck up the dust. What about a ceramic tile cutter the sort that looks like a junior hacksaw?
Thoughts please?
