I need to cut this concrete slab about 2-3 inches back from the house. Would a circular saw with diamond blade do the job or should I invest in an angle grinder?

9" grinder with diamond blade would do it, but for a one off job I'd hire a Stihl saw or buy one of these:

I already have a circular saw, wouldn't it work with a diamond blade?

This will sort the job out, have one myself, used it for concrete, brick and stone.

Cheap 9” angle grinder

You might be able to get a second hand one, if you hunt around.

Mask, goggles & ear defender a must… and gloves.

Think its a case of trying to find blades with the correct bore size for your circular saw, not sure they are meant for chopping concrete.

  • "Dry Use Only"
Sack that. If it doesn't have a water connection, don't buy it..
