I am removing an existing concrete/wood panel fence and intend to reuse the concrete base panels in a new location. I will need to cut 2 of the concrete panels to fit. What is the best way to cut the panels - if I purchased a small angle grinder would this be capable of doing the job?

Thanks in anticipation of any helpful comments.

depends on the thickness of the concrete. Youll be better with a 9" grinder, if its a one of you can get them for about 20. It will have a couple of small reinforcing bars running through it, but a stone disk will go through it ok
