i have asked a few questions in the past about putting in a new loo, i am going to dig a pit this week to expose existing pipe and attach new section for new loo, i think i am comfortable with this bit, one thing i am a bit confused with is the sink waste, how or do i connect this to the pipe? sorry if its sounds a bit of a daft question.

It depends where your soil pipe is--if it's close to the work then connect it to the soil pipe using a strapped boss.

ok, thank you for that, i have looked up the boss pipe, that looks easy! what i intend to do is add an equal tee section, add the new loo to that, then add the boss pipe and connect sink into that, does that sound like a good plan?
