Damaged Bathroom Floor

Hello

The floor in our bathroom has some water damage. The floor is standard 18mm T&G chipboard, should I just cut it out and replace with 18mm WBP ply? or could I just overboard with 12mm ply?

If you've got water damaged floors, it's best to remove and replace. WBP ply is ideal.
