Hi guys. I have a damaged stone lintel, some of the front of the lintel has cracked off. I would like to know if it's safe and what is the best way to stop more of it cracking off. Im planning on repointing the stone work or possibly dashing the wall. Thanks in advance

Looks like you a lintel with a stone facing. The stone facing definitely needs attention, and may be insecure, it needs looking at urgently.
The lintel may or may not need replacing, again it needs closer inspection.
You'd be wise to sort out the cill too and provide a proper projection past the wall face, and form a drip detail
